Welcome! We love hosting guests from all over the world in our two Estes Park condos. They are located minutes from downtown Estes Park, and Rocky Mountain National Park Entrance. You won’t find a better location with quick access to restaurants, grocery stores and activities. Our condos each have three bedrooms, and two and a half baths. They are fully stocked for all your needs. We take pride in our highly rated vacation homes and invite you to stay with us!

This has been the best Airbnb. Clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated. We have stayed in several and now this is our favorite. Great location. The kitchen was great. Great back porch with plenty of seating. Close to our favorite restaurant, Bird and Jim’s. Close to downtown and the entrance of RMNP
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gregg and Cindi’s! The place was absolutely stunning, and the views were to-die-for! We are “clean freaks,” and the place exceeded our expectations. We will certainly be back again and are already looking forward to our next visit!
Would give it 5+ if that was an option. So close to RMNP and Estes Park but removed from the busiest part of Estes Park. Kids loved the upstairs room and giant teddy bears, house is well decorated, clean and plenty of space for our family of 4. Our days followed a pattern – breakfast at house, drive into RMNP to make our Bear Lake reservation, hike, lunch in park or at house, relax a bit, dinner in Estes Park (lots of great options), hot tub time. House location made this super easy. We got to see a large herd of elk around the house one day as mentioned in other reviews.
We have traveled a lot, and with a large family it’s not always easy to find a place we all feel comfortable in. However, Gregg & Cindy’s home far surpassed our expectations. The condo was clean, tidy, and everyone felt right at home! The views from the back deck were breathtaking, and we are so grateful to have spent a few days here. We highly recommend their place for any future visitors! The view alone is priceless. Thank you Gregg & Cindy!
Gregg and Cindi were great hosts. Everything was made so easy for us traveling with our kids. The house was immaculate and even had play areas for the kids! Could not have been any better. We felt right at home!
Gregg and Cindi were so friendly and helpful with their communication and the house was absolutely amazing. We used the house to celebrate the 4th of July and it was also our sanctuary as we prepared for our wedding. The bedrooms were beautiful and beds were extremely comfortable. The house was clean and came with everything you could possibly need. Our favorite part was the privacy and beauty of the backyard. We were able to watch shooting stars around the fire table at night and saw deer and elk in the morning. 10/10, we would definitely stay again!
Sundance is a fantastic spot to take in Estes Park & RMNP! Spacious, spotless, an incredible view, and all of the amenities (and more) that we needed for our weekend getaway. 10 out of 10, would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
