Welcome to Sundance, our idyllic mountain townhome, ideally situated just two miles away from the breathtaking Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Estes Park. Nestled in the heart of Colorado’s natural beauty, our home offers unparalleled views of the majestic Rocky Mountains across an open space, where you might be fortunate enough to spot elk, deer, and other wildlife. Whether you’re seeking year-round adventure or a tranquil escape, Sundance is the perfect destination. Our spacious 1600 sq. ft. home is equipped with modern amenities, including central heating, air conditioning, and a washer and dryer. The interior is thoughtfully designed and family-friendly.
The main level offers a king bed in the master bedroom and en suite bathroom with washer and dryer. There is also a powder room in the hall. Upstairs you will find a full bathroom, a king bed in the second bedroom, and a queen and one twin bunk bed in the third bedroom.
Inside the home, you’ll find a cozy gas fireplace, three TVs, cable TV, and WiFi, along with a selection of games, puzzles, playing cards, and local hiking books in our game room.
The fully stocked kitchen provides all the essentials, to prepare a meal, including a crockpot, hand-mixer, blender, 12 cup drip coffee pot and toaster. We also include basic pantry items and condiments. The dining area comfortably seats eight, ensuring delightful family meals.
We’ve also taken care of your linens, providing two sets per bed, as well as hand towels, bath towels, washcloths, and hot tub towels. Families with little ones will appreciate the high chair, Pack ‘n Play, books, games, toys, and a selection of plates, bowls, cups, and utensils for the kids.
Step outside to enjoy the private patio with a fire table, gas grill, seating for eight, a picnic table for eight with an umbrella. The back patio is your own private oasis, surrounded by a privacy fence, perfect for unwinding and taking in the scenic views. There’s outdoor parking for up to three cars.
Please note that while Colorado may be known for its 420-friendly culture, our home is strictly non-smoking. We kindly ask our guests to refrain from smoking anything inside the house. Sundance comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, and our high season rate is $550. We offer a return customer discount, so be sure to contact us!
