Booking Policy: To make a booking, guests must provide a valid credit card or make a payment via bank transfer. Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon with the host.
Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 30 days before the check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
Check-in/Check-out Policy: Check-in is at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is at 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
Occupancy Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed in each condo is 8 persons.
Damages and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the condo or its contents during their stay. The host reserves the right to charge guests for any damages or excessive cleaning required.
Smoking and Pet Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside or around the condos, pets are not allowed.
Parking: Sundance is allowed two cars maximum during your stay. The Getaway allows for three cars maximum during your stay. Please do not block the driveways of the surrounding condos or residencies.
Noise and Disturbance Policy: Guests are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of other guests and neighbors. Loud music and parties are not allowed on the property. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am.
Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required at the time of booking or check-in to cover any damages or violations of the rental agreement. Travel insurance maybe available for purchase to protect your stay.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of US.
By making a booking, guests agree to these terms and conditions and any additional policies or rules specified by the host. The host reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
